You must download Zoom onto your computer, tablet or smartphone before taking part in a session. This is quick, free and easy to do, however please feel free to get in touch if you require any assistance.

The sessions will be held in a well ventilated space, which is fully accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. There is an accessible toilet on site, as well as a beautiful garden which can be used as a break out space if needed. Participants will be provided with their own ‘station’, complete with single use materials. Each station will be spread out in two metre distances around the room. Hand gel and anti-bacterial wipes will be be hand around the building and practitioners and volunteers will be wearing a mask or visor at all times. Participants and support staff will be asked to wear a mask when entering and leaving the building.
