Important Information: How to book your place

We have a limited number of tickets available for this trip, as well as a limited number of wheelchair accessible places, due to the nature of theatre venues. If you would like to attend the trip, please contact us with the following information –

  • The name/s of participants attending
  • How many support workers will be attending
  • If your participant is a wheelchair user (and if they require a wheelchair accessible place in the theatre)
  •  If you would like a space in the taxi (we will also need sight of travel risk assessments, where applicable)

Please send all requested information to [email protected] by the 30th of May 2025.

Once we have this information, we will confirm if we are able to offer you a place on the trip. Whilst we would love to accommodate everyone on our musical outing, we are limited to a number of theatre tickets available and the number of wheelchair friendly options.

Please book your space early to avoid disappointment!

This project is kindly supported by Arts Council England.
