In 2025, Toolbox Drama is hosting an exciting project for prospective practitioners who wish gain experience in working with adults with complex needs. You will support the running of our Social Programme of classes for 10 weeks and contribute to the creative ideas behind Toolbox Drama planning. In return, we will offer you access to a bespoke training and mentoring from a Toolbox Drama practitioner. You will also be given the opportunity to deliver your own micro-project, with support from our experienced delivery team. 

This opportunity is open to all early career practitioners and performers, however we will be prioritising applications from the neurodiverse community on this occasion.

You must be over the age of 18 to apply for this opportunity. 

We are taking on Voluntary Practitioners In Development in three rounds. Details of each round are below – 

Round 1
Application deadline – 10th January 2025
Start date – week commencing 17th February

Round 2
Application deadline – 14th March 2025
Start date – week commencing 28th April 2025

Round 3
Application deadline – 29th August 2025
Start date – week commencing 29th September 2025
